    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide physical therapy treatment and interventions to patients in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
    • Implement and carry out individualized treatment plans as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist
    • Document patient progress, treatment sessions, and clinical notes accurately and in a timely manner
    • Float between assigned worksites as operationally required
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient recovery and functional goals
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of California
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
    • Ability to work day shifts and meet expected weekly hour requirements
    • Willingness to float to multiple worksites as needed
    • Ability to meet standard credentialing requirements
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience with Casamba documentation software highly preferred
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills within a multidisciplinary team environment
