Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy treatment services to patients in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Implement established treatment plans and document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
- Float between assigned worksites as operationally required
- Maintain compliance with facility and credentialing standards throughout the duration of the assignment
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of California
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
- Ability to work 8-hour day shifts with a guaranteed 36 hours per week
- Willingness and ability to float to multiple worksites as needed
- Must meet standard credentialing requirements
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience using Casamba documentation software
- Strong adaptability and comfort working across multiple clinical environments
