Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy assistance services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Implement established treatment plans and assist patients through therapeutic exercises and activities
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility requirements
- Communicate effectively with the supervising Physical Therapist regarding patient status and plan adjustments
- Maintain a safe and supportive treatment environment for patients throughout their care
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Washington
- Prior experience in an outpatient or relevant physical therapy setting
- Ability to fulfill a minimum 20–26 week assignment commitment
- Willingness to complete any facility-specific credentialing or documentation requirements prior to start
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in an outpatient physical therapy environment
- Familiarity with clinical documentation systems and compliance standards
