    Key Responsibilities
    • Deliver physical therapy assistant services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting
    • Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with facility and credentialing standards
    • Implement individualized patient treatment plans as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist
    • Maintain compliance with all credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements prior to and during the assignment
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license - Alaska or applicable Compact License accepted (WA and AK compact licenses recognized)
    • Experience working in an outpatient physical therapy setting
    • Must meet contract QA credentialing requirements before starting the assignment
    • Candidates who have worked permanent or PRN at this facility within the last year are not eligible for this position
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior travel therapy experience
    • Familiarity with outpatient orthopedic or rehabilitation protocols
