Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy assistance services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Implement patient treatment plans as directed, supporting functional rehabilitation goals
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility requirements
- Complete required credentialing documentation prior to assignment start as directed by the facility
- Adhere to facility dress code and parking policies as communicated during onboarding
Required Qualifications
- Active Washington State Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license required — permanent license required; compact license alone is not sufficient
- Relevant clinical experience in an outpatient or similar setting
- Ability to commit to a 20–26 week contract assignment
- Must meet all facility credentialing requirements prior to start
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy environment
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to facility-specific workflows and protocols
