    Key Responsibilities
    • Deliver physical therapy treatments to patients under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
    • Assist in developing and implementing individualized patient treatment plans
    • Monitor and document patient progress and report findings to the supervising Physical Therapist
    • Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and home programs
    • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Michigan
    • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
    • Current CPR/BLS certification
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Previous experience in a contract or travel therapy setting
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments
