Key Responsibilities
- Deliver physical therapy treatments to patients under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- Participate in patient care activities within an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Maintain compliance with credentialing requirements and facility-specific onboarding processes prior to assignment start
- Adhere to facility dress code and operational protocols as communicated during orientation
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Washington (permanent license required)
- Prior experience in a physical therapy clinical setting
- Ability to fulfill a contract commitment of 20 to 26 weeks
- Must meet all credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements prior to start date
- Candidates must not have worked at this facility in a permanent or PRN capacity within the past year
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in an outpatient physical therapy environment
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and clinical documentation systems
