Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 5 x 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week

• Deliver physical therapy treatments to patients under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist in implementing individualized patient treatment plans in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements
• Communicate effectively with the supervising Physical Therapist regarding patient status and plan of care updates
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients throughout the course of treatment

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant license required
• Prior experience in a physical therapy setting required
• Must meet credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements prior to assignment start
• Must obtain a permanent state license; compact licensure may be accepted at start but permanent licensure must be obtained promptly

• Experience working in an outpatient physical therapy environment
• Familiarity with clinical documentation systems and electronic health records

• Equipment and parking details provided upon assignment start, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
