Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatment services to residents under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans to support patient rehabilitation goals
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Montana
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current CPR/BLS certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
• Experience with geriatric rehabilitation populations
