Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy assistant services to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting
- Implement treatment plans developed by a supervising Physical Therapist
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support resident rehabilitation goals
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Montana
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Ability to work day shift hours
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation environment
- Experience with geriatric patient populations
