    Key Responsibilities
    • Deliver physical therapy treatments to patients under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
    • Implement individualized treatment plans and document patient progress accurately
    • Assist with therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and functional activities
    • Communicate effectively with the supervising Physical Therapist regarding patient status and plan of care updates
    • Maintain compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and professional standards
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Maryland
    • Graduate of an accredited PTA program
    • Current CPR/BLS certification
    • Ability to commit to a 13-week contract with a 36-hour weekly guarantee
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
    • Strong documentation and communication skills
    • Ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team environment
