Key Responsibilities

• Implement physical therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions to patients in accordance with established care plans
• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting updates to the supervising Physical Therapist
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and therapeutic techniques
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Maryland
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to commit to a 13-week contract with a 36-hour weekly guarantee

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in an outpatient or clinical therapy setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients and multidisciplinary teams
