Key Responsibilities
Implement physical therapy treatment plans as directed by a supervising Physical Therapist
Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other rehabilitative interventions to patients
Monitor and document patient progress and report findings to the supervising Physical Therapist
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention techniques
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
Active state licensure or eligibility to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Current CPR/BLS certification
Ability to work day shift hours
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience in a clinical or rehabilitative setting
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients and multidisciplinary teams
