Key Responsibilities
Provide physical therapy assistant services across a varied caseload including outpatient, acute care, skilled nursing, and home health settings
Implement treatment plans developed by a supervising Physical Therapist
Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient recovery and outcomes
Required Qualifications
Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in good standing
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
Ability to work across multiple care settings including outpatient, acute, skilled nursing, and home health
Preferred Experience / Skills
Minimum of two years of experience in acute and long-term care settings
Familiarity with skilled nursing facility and home health therapy practices
