Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy assistant services across a varied caseload including outpatient, acute care, skilled nursing, and home health settings
- Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist
- Document patient progress and communicate updates to the care team
- Support patients across multiple care settings, adapting techniques to meet individual needs
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Montana or eligibility to obtain
- Graduate of an accredited PTA program
- Ability to work day shift, 5 x 8-hour schedules
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Minimum of two years of experience in acute and long-term care settings
- Experience working across multiple therapy settings including outpatient, skilled nursing, and home health
