Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy assistant services within a skilled nursing facility setting
- Float between multiple facility locations as assigned
- Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
- Active PTA license in the state of Colorado (or eligibility)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Ability to float between multiple locations within the region
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
- Experience in a multi-site or floating clinical role
