    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide physical therapy assistant services across inpatient, outpatient, and skilled nursing facility settings
    • Treat a wide variety of conditions including post-surgical recovery, back and neck pain, balance and gait disorders, sports injuries, geriatric care, vestibular conditions, and wound care
    • Deliver care using specialized techniques such as kinesio-taping, ASTYM, Functional Dry Needling, and LSVT BIG for Parkinson's rehabilitation
    • Conduct lower extremity biomechanical evaluations and assist with custom orthotic fitting
    • Implement individualized patient plans of care as directed by the supervising physical therapist
    • Manage one-hour outpatient time blocks and 45-minute inpatient sessions to meet productivity expectations
    Required Qualifications
    • Active PTA license in the state of Nebraska or a compact state license
    • Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
    • Ability to work across inpatient, outpatient, and SNF settings
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience with vestibular rehabilitation, wound care, or sports injury treatment
    • Familiarity with Functional Dry Needling or LSVT BIG techniques
    • Experience working with geriatric and high school athletic patient populations
