Contract | Temp-to-Hire | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | Monday–Thursday 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, Friday 7:00 AM–3:00 PM | No Weekends | Expected 40 hours/week
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on physical therapy treatment to a general orthopedic patient population including Workers' Compensation cases, post-operative patients, athletes, and gait and balance patients
- Provide treatment in areas such as external pelvic floor stabilization and pediatrics as applicable and based on interest
- Manage an expected caseload of 50–55 visits per week within a dynamic outpatient clinic setting
- Complete clinical documentation using the NextGen documentation system, supported by AI-assisted documentation technology
- Collaborate with rehab aides and front desk staff to ensure smooth patient flow and quality care
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Maryland or eligibility to obtain
- Strong outpatient orthopedic clinical skills
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently
Preferred Experience / Skills
- At least 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience
- Experience with Workers' Compensation, post-operative, or pediatric patient populations
- Familiarity with NextGen or similar electronic documentation systems
- New graduates will be considered if able to practice independently from the start
