Travel Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) - $54,080 to $68,640 per year in Surprise, AZ

We’re hiring a licensed PTA to work with one of our trusted clients in Surprise, AZ, outpatient setting where you’ll support patients recovering from injuries, illnesses, or surgeries—helping them manage pain and regain movement—under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Minimum Requirements:

• Associate's degree in physical therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Arizona PTA license required to start the position.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in an outpatient clinic preferred.
• Comfort working with an older adult patient population.
• Willingness to work PRN to cover PTO and sick time. Role is primarily coverage; periods of more consistent hours may occur.
• Ability to manage a high-volume schedule with 30-minute treatment templates and to make clinical decisions regarding double-booking when necessary.
• Experience collaborating in an operational model with a PT, PTA, and PT Tech supporting two clinicians.
• Competence with electronic medical record systems and secure direct messaging with referring physicians.
