• Provide physical therapy coverage as part of an established rehab team

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in accordance with facility standards
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure continuity of care

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license required
• Strong clinical reasoning and critical thinking skills
• Effective communication and documentation abilities
• Team-oriented and adaptable to changing patient needs

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting
• Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize a varied caseload
