Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist Assistant- Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing therapy plans for patients.
- Monitor patient progress and report to the supervising therapist.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of patient activities.
- Guide patients in exercises and the use of equipment as instructed.
Requirements of the Physical Therapist Assistant- Valid state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Massachusetts.
- Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
