Periodic office meetings will be scheduled. Candidates must have reliable transportation. A current driver's license and agency-required liability insurance are necessary. The average number of patients per day is 5-6. Contractors will be assigned between 5-10 patients per day. This equates to roughly 6-8 points. Each type of visit and activity, such as documentation and travel, hold different point values. Guaranteed hours are not provided. In instances of low patient census, contractors should reach out to management to discuss options for floating to a nearby clinic. Types of cases include Start of Care and Follow-Ups. Weekend requirements vary depending on the location and profession. Travelers must be willing to travel up to 75 miles from their home. Mileage will be reimbursed at the IRS standard rate. Compensation is provided from patient home to patient home. Commutes to and from the first and last patient are not billable. Accepts local candidates. Candidates must not have pending licenses unless it's a situation where the license takes a few days to obtain. Candidates must confirm awareness of being responsible for driving to patients’ homes daily. A vehicle, driver’s license, and auto insurance are required. The mileage radius for this job is 50-75 miles, which may result in longer drives between patients. Candidates must be comfortable with potentially long drive times. Candidates must be able to accept every patient scheduled, regardless of location. Declining patients may result in a cancellation. All documentation must be completed within 24 hours of the appointment. Delayed and incomplete documentation affecting billing and follow-up care may also lead to cancellation. No guaranteed hours are associated with this contract. Clinicians must achieve weekly productivity points totaling 30. If patient numbers are insufficient to meet financial needs, contractors may have the opportunity to float to another clinic to pick up patients. A home health checklist is required. Candidates must be open to on-call rotations. Local candidates are accepted at the same rate.
