Assist Physical Therapists in implementing treatment plans
Provide therapeutic exercises and mobility training
Support patients with gait training, balance, and strengthening programs
Work with post-operative cases (TKA, THA, rotator cuff repair, spinal surgeries, ACL, etc.)
Educate patients on home exercise programs
Document patient progress and treatment outcomes
Occasionally float to inpatient settings as needed
