Key Responsibilities- Deliver physical therapy treatments to patients under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans in accordance with physician orders and therapy goals
- Monitor and document patient progress, reporting changes in condition to the supervising Physical Therapist
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory standards
- Present valid state or federal issued photo identification upon arrival and wear a photo badge at all times while on site
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of New Hampshire
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Valid state or federal issued photo identification required
Preferred Experience / Skills- Previous experience in a contract or travel therapy setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients and interdisciplinary teams
