Key Responsibilities
Provide physical therapy assistant services to residents under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
Implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
Wear a facility-issued photo badge and present valid state or federal issued identification upon entry to the facility at all times
Required Qualifications
Active New Mexico Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license required
Current and valid state or federal issued photo identification
Ability to fulfill a 15-week contract assignment
Expected 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday, day shift
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting
Familiarity with documentation and compliance standards in a registry or contract staffing environment
