Key Responsibilities
Deliver physical therapy treatment services to patients under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
Implement individualized treatment plans and document patient progress accurately
Communicate effectively with the supervising Physical Therapist and interdisciplinary care team regarding patient status
Maintain compliance with facility policies, including wearing a photo ID badge at all times while on site
Uphold professional and ethical standards in all aspects of patient care
Required Qualifications
Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Massachusetts
Valid state or federal issued photo identification required for facility check-in
Ability to fulfill a 14-week contract commitment
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
Strong documentation and communication skills
