Key Responsibilities
Provide physical therapy treatment to patients under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
Implement established treatment plans and document patient progress accurately
Float between assigned facility locations as needed
Communicate effectively with the supervising Physical Therapist regarding patient status and plan of care updates
Maintain compliance with facility policies and applicable state and federal regulations
Required Qualifications
Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of California
Current CPR/BLS certification
Ability to fulfill a 35-hour weekly guarantee
Willingness and ability to float between multiple care locations
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
Experience working in a float or multi-site capacity
