Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist Assistant- Perform gait and balance training
- Conduct non-pharmaceutical pain management
- Facilitate patient care plans to achieve optimal function
- Collaborate with PT and clinical team for patient care
- Recognize signs and symptoms to prevent readmissions
Requirements of the Physical Therapist Assistant- 1 year Home Health experience
- NC State License
- BLS certification
- Driver's License and proof of insurance
- Homecare Homebase EMR experience
