Responsibilities
- Assist Physical Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation activities
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising therapist
- Educate patients on mobility techniques, recovery strategies, and home exercise programs
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Support patient safety and adherence to therapy plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
