Key Responsibilities
Provide physical therapy treatment to patients under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
Implement individualized treatment plans and document patient progress accurately
Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and rehabilitative activities
Maintain and present valid state or federal issued photo identification at the facility at all times
Wear a photo badge while on-site at all times per facility policy
Required Qualifications
Active state licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)
Current CPR/BLS certification
Valid state or federal issued photo identification required for facility entry
Ability to fulfill a 14-week contract commitment
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience in a similar care setting
Strong documentation and communication skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with an interdisciplinary team
