Key Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatment and interventions to patients under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Participate in patient progress reviews and communicate updates to the supervising Physical Therapist
• Adhere to facility dress code and operational policies as communicated during onboarding

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license - Washington State license or valid Compact License accepted (WA and AK compact eligible)
• Relevant experience in the outpatient therapy setting
• Ability to fulfill a 13-26 week contract commitment
• Minimum 30-day notice required prior to contract end

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in an outpatient physical therapy environment
• Strong documentation and clinical communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to facility-specific workflows and credentialing requirements
