Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide physical therapy assistant services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
  • Implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with the supervising therapist's direction
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records as required by the facility
  • Collaborate with the care team to support patient recovery and functional goals
  • Adhere to facility dress code, parking, and onboarding protocols as communicated during the first day of orientation
Required Qualifications
  • Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in Washington State or a qualifying Compact License (WA and AK compact licenses accepted)
  • Experience in an outpatient therapy setting
  • Ability to complete facility-specific credentialing and documentation requirements prior to assignment start
  • Willingness to commit to a 13-26 week contract assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills
  • Prior travel therapy experience
  • Familiarity with outpatient orthopedic or sports rehabilitation settings
  • Strong documentation and communication skills in a fast-paced clinical environment
