This 13-week therapist assignment is based in a skilled nursing facility in Winchester, Kentucky, offering 8-hour day shifts that support a predictable and balanced schedule. You will provide goal-directed therapy services to an adult and geriatric population, focusing on maximizing functional independence, safe mobility, and quality of life in a post-acute setting.

Typical caseloads include adults requiring short-term rehabilitation following illness, injury, or surgery, as well as long-term care residents who benefit from ongoing therapy support.
