Key Responsibilities
Assist the supervising Physical Therapist in implementing patient treatment plans
Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions as directed by the PT
Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
Wear a facility-issued photo badge and present valid state or federal issued identification upon arrival at the facility
Required Qualifications
Active state licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)
Valid state or federal issued photo identification required
Ability to comply with facility registry personnel policies, including wearing a photo badge at all times
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience in a contract or registry staffing capacity
Strong documentation and communication skills
