Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide rehabilitative therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. The PTA will assist in implementing treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, and helping patients improve mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and overall functional independence.

SHIFT DETAILS

GUARANTEED HOURS & PAY
  • Guaranteed Hours: 35 Hours Per Week
  • Pay Rate: $40.80 - $47.60 per hour
REQUIREMENTS
  • Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License in good standing
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
  • Current CPR certification preferred
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team
  • Previous rehabilitation, skilled nursing, outpatient, home health, or acute care experience preferred
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Implement physical therapy treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist
  • Provide therapeutic exercises and interventions designed to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional performance
  • Monitor patient progress and report findings to the Physical Therapist
  • Assist patients with gait training, transfer training, and mobility exercises
  • Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment plans and home exercise programs
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Ensure patient safety during all therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Assist in achieving established rehabilitation goals and positive patient outcomes
  • Follow all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

  • Guaranteed 35 hours per week
