Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide rehabilitative therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. The PTA will assist in implementing treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, and helping patients improve mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and overall functional independence.

GUARANTEED HOURS & PAY
- Guaranteed Hours: 35 Hours Per Week
- Pay Rate: $40.80 - $47.60 per hour
REQUIREMENTS
- Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License in good standing
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current CPR certification preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Previous rehabilitation, skilled nursing, outpatient, home health, or acute care experience preferred
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement physical therapy treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist
- Provide therapeutic exercises and interventions designed to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional performance
- Monitor patient progress and report findings to the Physical Therapist
- Assist patients with gait training, transfer training, and mobility exercises
- Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment plans and home exercise programs
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Ensure patient safety during all therapy sessions
- Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Assist in achieving established rehabilitation goals and positive patient outcomes
- Follow all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
