Responsibilities
- Assist Physical Therapists with implementing patient treatment plans
- Guide patients through prescribed therapeutic exercises and activities
- Monitor patient progress and communicate outcomes to the supervising therapist
- Educate patients on mobility techniques, exercises, and rehabilitation goals
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Support safe patient handling and transfer procedures
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to promote positive patient outcomes
