Responsibilities
- Assist with implementing treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and activities
- Monitor patient progress and report findings to the supervising therapist
- Educate patients on prescribed exercise programs and mobility techniques
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Support patient safety and rehabilitation goals
- Collaborate effectively with the wider healthcare team
