Responsibilities
- Assist Physical Therapists in carrying out individualized treatment plans
- Guide patients through prescribed therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation activities
- Monitor patient progress and communicate findings to the supervising therapist
- Educate patients on exercises, mobility techniques, and recovery strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records
- Promote patient safety and adherence to rehabilitation programs
- Collaborate with the wider healthcare team to support positive patient outcomes
