Key Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatments to patients under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Provide patient care consistent with the outpatient setting and applicable standards of practice
• Collaborate with the therapy team to support patient progress and treatment plan goals

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license required
• Permanent Oregon PTA license required prior to assignment start - compact licensure may be accepted at start but permanent licensure must be obtained promptly
• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Ability to complete facility-specific credentialing and documentation requirements prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-volume outpatient therapy environment
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to facility-specific workflows and protocols
