Key Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatment and interventions to patients under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain compliance with all credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements prior to and during assignment
• Adhere to facility dress code and operational guidelines as communicated during onboarding

Required Qualifications

• Active PTA license required (compact license accepted at start, but permanent state licensure must be obtained promptly)
• Experience in the relevant clinical setting required
• Must meet all contract credentialing and quality assurance requirements before assignment start
• Candidates who have worked permanently or PRN at this facility within the last year are not eligible for this assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel therapy experience
• Familiarity with outpatient physical therapy documentation and workflows
