Key Responsibilities
Assist in the implementation of physical therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions to patients in an outpatient setting
Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility requirements
Communicate effectively with the supervising Physical Therapist regarding patient status and plan of care updates
Adhere to all facility policies, dress code, and professional standards as outlined during onboarding
Required Qualifications
Active Physical Therapy Assistant license required
Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
Must obtain a permanent state license - compact licensure alone is not sufficient for the duration of the assignment
Must meet all credentialing and contract QA requirements prior to start
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience working in a high-volume outpatient rehabilitation environment
Familiarity with electronic documentation systems
