Key Responsibilities

• Assist the supervising Physical Therapist in implementing patient treatment plans in an outpatient setting
• Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions to support patient recovery and functional goals
• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting changes to the supervising PT
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safe movement techniques
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Active PTA license in the state of Maryland (or eligibility to obtain)
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant
• Local candidates are welcome to apply

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Orthopedic outpatient experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with outpatient documentation and electronic health record systems
