Travel Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) - $1,526 to $1,726 per week in Meade, KS

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• KS state license or compact required.
• AHA BLS required.
• Education must be appropriate to licensure from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• 2+ years of experience required.
• Outpatient and Inpatient experience required, including inpatient evaluations and therapy.

Assignment Details

• Setting includes Inpatient and Outpatient.
• Schedule options include 5x8s or 4x10s.
• 40 hours per week.
• No weekends required.
• No holiday rotation.
• No floating required.
• No call or call back requirements.
• EMR: Therapy Source.
• Unit overview: 20 bed CAH with 1 PT room.
• Typical staffing includes 2 full-time PTs and 1 PTA.
• Scrub color: Any.
