Key Responsibilities
Provide outpatient physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
Treat orthopedic populations, including post-operative patients and young athletes
Deliver targeted interventions for patients presenting with debility, fall risk, and balance deficits
Maintain a 1:1 patient-to-therapist ratio throughout the course of treatment
Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately within the EMR system
Required Qualifications
Active Oklahoma PTA license or compact license required
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant
Demonstrated experience and competency with orthopedic, post-operative, debility, falls, and balance populations
No on-call requirement; no weekend requirement
Candidates must reside at least 45 miles from the facility to be eligible
References may be pending at time of submission
Preferred Experience / Skills
2 or more years of outpatient PTA experience preferred
Experience with Meditech EMR preferred
Experience working with young athletes in a rehabilitation setting
