Key Responsibilities
Provide physical therapy treatment services to outpatient patients under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
Document patient progress and treatment notes using Cedaron EMR
Implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with physician orders and therapist direction
Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary care team regarding patient status and progress
Required Qualifications
Active Illinois Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license required
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Current CPR/BLS certification
Must have a verifiable permanent address at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience in an outpatient therapy setting
Familiarity with Cedaron EMR system
