Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assistant services in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Treat a variety of conditions including back pain, sports injuries, orthopedic post-surgical recovery, stroke rehabilitation, and chronic conditions such as arthritis and Parkinson's disease
• Assist with pelvic floor care as needed
• Collaborate closely with a supervising Registered Physical Therapist as part of a small, dedicated rehabilitation team
• Support delivery of quality rehabilitative care in a rural healthcare environment

Required Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) certification/licensure required
• Active and unrestricted state licensure or eligibility to practice in Kansas
• Experience working in acute care, inpatient, or outpatient physical therapy settings

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with pelvic floor therapy
• Background treating neurological conditions such as stroke or Parkinson's disease
• Comfort working in a small, collaborative rural healthcare team
