Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• PTA license
• Previous HH and HCHB experience

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Schedule: 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
• Weekend/on-call requirement: If available, if need arises
• Coverage area: Entire care center coverage area
