Travel Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) - $1,494 to $1,694 per week in Fort Wayne, IN

Make a real difference as a travel PTA with Jackson Therapy Partners! You’ll work with patients recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active—under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Current, licensed, registered, or certified to assist in the practice of physical therapy in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle.
• Ability to perform physical tasks required for patient care, including lifting, transferring, and assisting with mobility.

Assignment Details

• Schedule: 8 hour days, 40 hours per week.
• Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm.
• Days: Monday-Friday.
• No weekend or on-call requirement.
• Coverage area includes Adams, Allen, Dekalb, Huntington, Kosciusko, LaGrange, Noble, Steuben, Wells, and Whitley counties.
• Mileage is reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient.
