Travel Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) - $1,484 to $1,684 per week in Lacey, WA

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• HCHB is a requirement.
• At least one year of recent HH PTA experience.

Assignment Details

• 8-hour shifts.
• Monday through Friday.
• Coverage may be needed across multiple counties within the service area.
• Productivity expectation of at least 30 points per week.
• Documentation must be completed by 10am the following day.
