Key Responsibilities
Deliver direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
Implement individualized treatment plans to support patient rehabilitation goals
Document patient progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with facility standards
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure quality patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Montana
Graduate of an accredited PTA program
Current CPR/BLS certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
Experience with electronic medical records and documentation systems
